Da allora, noi quattro con l' aiuto dei nostri collaboratori, ci mettiamo anima e cuore per mandare avanti l' attività, cercando di innovarci e ricercare sempre una più alta qualità in tutte le piccole cose che ci circondano.
The Roxi was built from scratch by our family in 1989, starting from the old structure of a disused restaurant in the village of La Thuile.
Since then, the four of us with the help of our collaborators, put our heart and soul to keep the business going, trying to innovate and always seek a higher quality in all the little things that surround us.
Depuis lors, nous quatre, avec l'aide de nos collaborateurs, mettons tout notre cœur et notre âme pour maintenir l'entreprise en marche, en essayant d'innover et en recherchant toujours une qualité supérieure dans toutes les petites choses qui nous entourent.
La nostra cucina è caratterizzata da prodotti di altissima qualità, che vengono sapientemente lavorati, per arrivare a offrirvi deliziosi piatti che ricordano una cucina casalinga, come quando la domenica andavate a mangiare a casa della nonna. Da qualche anno, dopo molto studio anche l' angolo del bar, soprattutto nei cocktail, ha avuto una grande crescita ed è diventato un nostro punto di forza. Assolutamente da provare.
Our kitchen is characterized by products of the highest quality, which are expertly processed, to get to offer you delicious dishes reminiscent of home cooking, as when on Sundays you went to eat at your grandmother's house. For some years, after much study, even the corner of the bar, especially in cocktails, has had a great growth and has become our strong point. A must try.
